Kim is the first person you will see or speak to when you call or walk through our doors. She is the Head Receptionist of the Jennings location. She has tremendous knowledge of our policies and procedures and can confidently onboard any client at Healthy Size. Kim is also one of our nutrition coaches with over 15 years of experience in Healthy Lifestyle and Nutrition Guidance. Kim has a vast knowledge of healthy lifestyle menus, meal prepping, and meal planning.

Faline is one of our nutrition coaches, specializing in Healthy Lifestyle & Nutrition Guidance. She joined the Healthy Size team in August 2026 and currently works in our scale and nutrition counseling area.

Faline brings a diverse professional background to Healthy Size. She spent 10 years as an advocate for CADA (Communities Against Domestic Violence), helping women, children, and families. She is also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and worked as a medical assistant for a local physician for six years. In addition, Faline has experience in education, having worked as a teacher’s assistant for nine years.

With her broad range of experience, Faline is a strong leader who is skilled at working with people in a variety of situations. Her ability to listen, troubleshoot, and address concerns makes her a valuable resource for our clients.

Faline monitors and assists clients daily, helping to guide and educate them on healthy lifestyle practices. She is also responsible for our monthly newsletters and social media news and updates. Through encouragement, education, and positive reinforcement, Faline helps clients stay motivated and on track toward achieving their goals.
